Do note that we reserve the right to update the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Through obtaining our merchandises and services would mean that you have understood and acknowledged the following terms, as well as to have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITIONS
All content, such as texts, photographs, digital images, articles, information, logos, illustrations, data, softwares, trademarks, and other forms of materials feature on this website, which maybe be made available to you, shall retain their original ownership to HAUS OF PESH and protected by copyright laws nevertheless. Content extracted from HAUS OF PESH website and is published or shared on any platforms MUST be credited. You are strictly not allowed to disassemble, modify, reverse, re-engineer and/or create works derived from sources that belong to HAUS OF PESH to any bit of similarity without official permission written by the company. HAUS OF PESH reserves all the rights to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of its content. Any forms of misuse of the website, data hacking, distributing or transmitting of any viruses and committing any criminal act, HAUS OF PESH will immediately report and disclose your identity to the relevant authorities. And HAUS OF PESH will not be held responsibility for any losses or damages caused by virus attacks or any unauthorized third party's offense.
2. TERMS OF SALE
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order payment. An invoice confirmation with relevant personal information will be emailed to you once your order and payment is made. A following email inclusive of order's tracking number will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched. HAUS OF PESH reserves all the rights to turn down any forms of request. Generally no cancellation, exchange of other products or return of orders without valid reason are allowed at all (except for special cases). All cancelled orders are strictly irreversible.

HAUS OF PESH shall retain its right to update products prices and other details advertised on the website at any point of time. As much as we strive to achieve high level of accuracy in all details and information we provide, there are bound to have human errors and we apologize for that. In cases of errors, we will try our best to amend them as soon as possible. If an order you made has an error in the pricing, sizing or color, we will send an email to inform you in the shortest possible period of time before accepting your order. You may have the choice of either reconfirming the order at the amended price, size or color, or canceling it. If you decided to cancel the order and have already made payment, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credits for your next purchase. There may be a difference of 0.1" to 0.4" in the provided measurements. We try our very best to showcase the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to color calibration of every computer and electronic device, the colors of received product may differ slightly. In cases of the above mentioned colors and measurements discrepancies will not be considered as defects, and no exchange or return will be allowed.
Please note that our mode of payment as of now is through Paypal as well as i-banking/ATM transfer for customers residing in Singapore. Please make sure you are the authorized user of the debit or credit card being used to perform the purchased order, and that there are sufficient fund to cover the cost of the goods. Do be reminded that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with full, true and accurate details when placing orders. HAUS OF PESH will not process any order and will not be accountable for any delay due to the cause of incorrect or insufficient payment details provided. Orders will be dispatched only when payment has been verified and accepted.
2.4 PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS & DISCOUNT CODES
Each promotional voucher or discount code is applicable to one order transaction only, any remaining amount will not be refunded. All promotional vouchers last for a period of 1 month. You may email at least 3 days in advance before the expiry date to request for extension of another month, up to a maximum period of 3 months from the date of issue. Discount codes issued to individual account holders (not inclusive of public promotion discount codes) last for a period of 1 month as well. They are non-transferrable to others and not extendable in nature, unless otherwise stated. All promotional vouchers and discount codes are not applicable for items on sale, and can only be used one at a time.
2.5 STORE CREDITS (Not Applicable At The Moment)
HAUS OF PESH's store credit, recognized as our own currency, is called Speshé. It may come in cash voucher form as well as digital. It also works simultaneously as reward points. It can be used to redeem products and also be deducted from a partial payment on your (regular items) purchases. However, it cannot be used simutaneously with other promotions, vouchers nor discount codes. The credits will remain its validity for a period of 6 months only, customers will need to inform HAUS OF PESH at least 3 days in advance before expiry to request for extension of another month, up to a maximum of 3 months from the last day of the initial 6-month validity. No late extension request will be entertained as the system would have already have them cleared up on the dot. It is strictly non-refundable nor transferrable to another person. The usage of store credits is made available solely for HAUS OF PESH account holders. And it's never to late to join!
3. SHIPPING TERMS
HAUS OF PESH does both local (Singapore) and international shipping.

Purchases above 150 SGD are entitled to free priority courier delivery.
Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase amount may also opt for courier service if you wish.
Delivery time is from 9am to 6pm, monday to friday excluding local (Singapore) public holidays. Signature is required upon receipt. If no one is available upon delivery, the parcel will be sent to your nearest post office. The delivery man will leave you a note with information regarding collection.
For speed priority services, delivery time does not include order processing duration. Please note that there will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Do remember to provide your contact number upon checkout so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.

Purchases above 150 USD are entitled to free standard international shipping.
Parcel may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delay beyond estimated delivery period when it reached the destination country.
3.3 ADDITIONAL INFO
We will contact you with the additional information on your order including a tracking number for you to check on the status once it has been shipped.
Estimated time for orders to be processed and dispatched will be within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment.
HAUS OF PESH is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were placed separately. If the provided address is not correct, we are not able to redirect orders once they have been sent out as well. Please check through your order details and ensure everything is right before checking out.
Buyers will be contacted via email should HAUS OF PESH receive any bounced parcels bearing their names.
Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the buyer. HAUS OF PESH will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery of parcel will be provided in the email sent to the buyer.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after a grace period of 2 weeks will be deemed as property of HAUS OF PESH.
HAUS OF PESH will not be liable for any lost parcels after being mailed out.
Buyers are responsible for the taxes that maybe charged on the goods when arrived at destination country.
4. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
4.1 EXCHANGE & RETURN
HAUS OF PESH ensures quality controlled goods to be sent out to our customers. In any case of dissatisfaction, incorrect or defective item, please contact email@example.com stating your order number, your merchandise purchase invoice, a snapshot of the defective area and reason for exchange IMMEDIATELY.
Parcels have to be mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was received. We will return you an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form to be printed out, completed by you and sent out together with the item if it is valid for exchange. Items to be exchanged will go through another round of inspection once parcels are returned, and will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
All exchange items must be return to HAUS OF PESH with the following criteria (If any mentioned point not met, exchange request will be declined) :
i) Using registered mail
ii) In its original condition — unused, in its packaging and no removal of tags
iii) Print copy of completed RMA form
iv) Snapshot of the defective area
We highly recommend customers to insure the return shipment as you are responsible for the care of the product being returned and will be liable for any loss or damage to the item until we have received it. We also recommend you to use a secure, trackable method of shipment to return your order, and retain proof of sending in case of a dispute. Also, update us of the tracking number of your return shipment.
Cost of return delivery for valid exchange will be reimbursed by HAUS OF PESH, if it is deemed our fault and if the process of exchange is a success.
Kindly keep hold of your RMA form as it has a code, as well as receipt/tracking number of your returned parcel until you have received confirmation from HAUS OF PESH with regards to the receipt of your returned goods. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels in the process of exchange and return before it reaches us or after we have sent out.
Gifts — If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it out, we will notify and send a credit refund to the buyer of which, you may later use the credits to purchase another item.
Please take note that orders on any sale items are final. No requests will be entertained.
HAUS OF PESH will not be liable for merchandise purchased from unauthorized third party. Any forms of requests will be duly declined.
Refunds will only be given to merchandise purchased directly from HAUS OF PESH online boutique.
The account originally used to purchase the item(s) will be credited accordingly upon successful processing of the return item, less any taxes or import duties incurred. Singapore-based customers whom have made payment via bank transfer option will be contacted for bank details if needed. Refunds will be processed within 10 days after case eligibility confirmation. At the moment, reimbursement of charges incurred for return shipments are valid for orders within Singapore only. Overseas customers please take note of your return shipping responsibility.
5. PRIVACY POLICIES
5.1 DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
HAUS OF PESH respects and protects our customers' privacy. We shall therefore only seek for relevant information necessary for any dealings between customers and us. There will be no disclosure of data to any third parties unless it is part of the provided service — i.e. arrangement of products delivery, carrying out credit, cross-border shipments inspection, customers research and profiling purposes or when we receive your express permission to do so.
There will be possibilities of customers' data disclosure within the affiliated group of companies, or if we are under a duty to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our customers etc. This includes the need of exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.
5.2 THIRD PARTY SITES
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer our customers' personal as well as credit card information to third parties. However, our website may contain links to and from partner networks, advertisers and other third parties. These sites have separate and independent privacy policies, we therefore held no responsibility or liability for their content and actions.
5.3 PROTECTING YOUR SECURITY
In case of fraud situations, we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity — a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected.
5.4 USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send certain specific submissions (i.e. contest entries), or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, regardless online, by email, postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use on any channels, in any medium any comments that you forward to HAUS OF PESH. We are and shall be under no obligation to (i) maintain any comments in confidentiality; (ii) to pay compensation for any acts/comments; or (iii) to respond to any comments regardless of the situation. HAUS OF PESH may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
Users are to only use accurate information of themselves and not pretend to be someone else, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments/actions. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party. You are solely responsible for any action made by you; and its accuracy.
