1. Can I order my bespoke jewelry?

No. Unfortunately we do not provide design customisation service. We are only able to customize sizes for clients who failed to find a fit off the shelf — provided we still have sufficient materials. At the moment, however, such service is only applicable for beaded bracelets selection. To request, simply drop us an email at info@hausofpesh.com.


 
2. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, drop us an email at info@hausofpesh.com to express your interest.



3. If I want an item which is unavailable, can I pre-order it?

There are chances to pre-order certain products, and that option may be available on the product page itself. However, if the option was not given, you may also drop us an email at info@hausofpesh.com to check for possible availability.

 

 4. Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

We apologize that no amendments will be made possible, especially not when it has been sent out. Please make sure to check your cart before finalizing.

 

5. Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

 

6. Must I have an account to shop at HAUS OF PESH website?

Yes! We aim to build a long lasting friendship/relationship with our clients. In order to do so, we would love to get to know you better and vice versa. By having an account with HAUS OF PESH enables us to share and communicate more information, updates and maybe some surprises with you. On the other hand, we would also love to listen to what our clients wish from us. Definitely, it will be whole lot easier for you to track your order history, and speeding up the check-out process in the future!

 

 7. I am having trouble signing into account. What should I do?

You must sign into your account in order to check out, or track your order history. If you receive an invalid login error message during your attempts, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you had registered with.
  • If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your HAUS OF PESH registered email address and we'll send you a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • Despite resetting, if you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care Team at info@hausofpesh.com giving as much details as possible regarding the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.

 

8. Must there be someone to receive the parcel?

Yes. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

 

9. Can I send my jewelry for repair?
