Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are HAUS OF PESH products available elsewhere or in any physical stores?

Currently we are focusing on building up a strong foundation here at home on our website. However, we are also available on Cult Avenue. We are planning to do occasional pop-ups stores in the near future, so the best way to be updated on our whereabouts will be on our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and our mailing list! It is best to follow all in case you miss out on any.

2. Do you do customization?

No, we don't do full customization yet. As of now, we are only able to customize sizes for customers who cannot find a suitable size straight off the site — provided, we have sufficient materials to do so. However, this is only applicable for beads bracelets selection now. To request, just drop us an email at

3. Do you do rental of products for private photoshoots?

Yes. Unless it does not interrupt with sales as some of our merchandise are in very limited pieces. It will take awhile to be restocked if there is a demand. If you have any request or proposal, feel free to email us at

4. Do your jewelries contain Nickel?

No. We are aware that Nickel is a common skin allergen to some people. However, it is pretty much unaviodable if we want our products to be more durable and high in rust resistance. Still, we will try to keep it to a minimum, at a low and safe percentage for usage if we were to use it. Please also understand that everyone's skin can react differently to various metals, such as brass, plated/vermeil or gold-filled finishes. It is best to know if you have any allergies to metals prior to purchasing the items, as HAUS OF PESH will not be liable for miscellaneous skin reactions.

5. What about product care?

HAUS OF PESH jewelry is lovingly crafted by hand with intricate details and delicate components. They are to be handled gently and with great care when wearing them, as well as when they are not in use. Please note that certain metals and plating can tarnish over time with the exposure of chemicals, moisture, air humidity and skin PH.

Common examples are:

  • Sunscreen / Perfume / Deodorant / Lotions / Hairspray / Cosmetics / Chlorine
  • Water / Humidity / Perspiration / Sea Water / Sea Breeze

It is recommended that you put on your jewelry last to minimize the chances of having contact with these chemicals. Should your items get wet, make sure to dry it off immediately to reduce the risk of oxidation. While tarnishing of jewelry is inevitable under certain conditions and over a period of usage, you can definitely prolong its life with really good care. It is not advisable to use any liquid solvent as it will shorten its life. It is best to just use a dry and soft jewelry polishing cloth or a normal optical lens cleaning cloth to gently clean the jewelry right after each wear. If you really had to go with the last resort  to clean it with warm water or soapy water, do it at your own risk. Just remember to dry it completely right after. Store all the jewelries into their respective boxes or velvet pouches when not in use, and place them in a cool and dry place to avoid oxidation. Any delicate items should be stored appropriately to avoid tangling. We will not be liable for damaged merchandise due to careless usage and storage.
